Melissa Storck, RN, MBA, CCM, ACM,President and CEO, specializes in case management redesign, interim leadership, budget mitigation, and employee recruitment and retention. Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, MI she worked her way through nursing school as a nursing assistant, where she quickly discovered her passion for business and case management. Her experience includes critical care, home health care, catastrophic care case management and consulting. She has successfully led teams, big and small, in both urban and rural settings, creating a positive work environment while improving overall patient care and satisfaction. It is Melissa’s mission to serve, specifically to help healthcare organizations achieve cultural & financial success, so they too may serve others.
goliver_labyrinthhealth_com_LThumb Gregory Oliver, MBA, MS, BSN, CHE, FACHE, Executive Director, specializes in clinical resource management, case management, patient throughput, capacity management and hospital operations. He has held a variety of positions in management and consulting during his 25+ years of health care experience. Greg previously worked as a Director with Navigant Consulting Inc. In addition, he has served as Engagement Director at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and as Consulting Manager at Johnson & Johnson Health Services. Greg has over 20 years of consulting experience within the hospital industry providing services to community, academic, profit and nonprofit healthcare facilities. In his acute care operational experience, he has served as Vice President-Operations, Associate Administrator/Chief Nursing Officer, Regional Home Care Administrator, and Senior Manager.
Kim Orwoll Kimberly K. Orwoll, RN, BSN, MSN, Managing Director, serves in a leadership role within LHC assisting in the management of consulting staff, developing client based service offerings, providing executive oversight of engagements as well as interim management services. An experienced clinician and consultant, Kim’s expertise includes clinical leadership, operational performance improvement, case management redesign, patient throughput optimization, Emergency Department operations, and interim management services. She both leads and collaborates with senior management and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality of care, patient and employee satisfaction, and financial outcomes for healthcare organizations.

Consulting Team: 

Our consultants include Certified Case Managers, Case Management Administrators, Social Workers, Hospital Administrators and Physicians.  They have a wide range of experience from direct patient care (acute and outpatient) to managed care, compliance, hospital leadership, and implementation of information technology.
